Attention Loyal Customers

We want to thank you for your business, however due to slow coffee and doughnuts sales on Monday and Tuesdays we will be closed these two days starting June 7.  We will have regular hours on Wed., Thurs., Fri. and Sat.  You will be able to contact us for special orders and any questions.  If you call the bakery, you will be directed to our homes.  We will also be available for pick up of cakes, doughnuts or any other special orders….

This will allow us to keep up on baking and making cake balls and other YUMMY items.   This will also open up time for the room to be use by various groups for private parties or for us to hold events for non-for profit groups.   Our cake business is great and we wish to stay in this wonderful building so your continued business will be appreciated.

A Slice of Heaven Cakery & Coffee House is located in downtown Lapel, Indiana at 908 N. Main Street.

Stop by and share a cup of coffee or tea and meet the new owners:  Amy Hans and Kelcy Scott.  Amy and Kelcy have been in the wedding and celebration cake business for a total of 12 years.   Kelcy and Amy will be glad to make a delicious, always fresh, never frozen, cake for that special family celebration!

The coffee house is a great place to meet your friends, begin your day with your favorite coffee or coffee blends, enjoy a freshly baked Good’s donut (from our friends at the famous Anderson bakery) or other Slice of Heaven baked goods. 

The newly renovated coffee house is open Wednesday and Thursday: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. Friday:  6 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.  Saturdays from 7 – 10:30 a.m. We are closed most major holidays.  It’s a great place to host a small group or club meeting.  Contact Amy or Kelcy for details at 765-534-3282.
